Coaching Gratitude – Sessions With Najma

Self-care and gratitude are complimentary and useful traits in a healthy lifestyle, however, at times they can be difficult to feel and regularly manifest. In 20-minute sessions, I will introduce the concept of gratitude and share with clients how to manifest the trait with a regular practice.

Being appreciative is a key feature of my coaching sessions. But, that’s not it. The point is to turn negativity around in order to see the positives in life.
